How long does it take for a custom order?

The turnaround time for all custom orders is two weeks. *
This gives us enough time to make sure we have your specific color choices and everything we need to create your beautiful piece for your specific need.
Items you see in our store are normally shipped within 1-2 business days and are ready to wear.

I like an item, but it may need adjusting, or I would like to change something about it. Is that possible?

If you see something you like but would like to make a few changes, feel free to contact us at any time. Everything you see here is handmade, and no two pieces are completely identical. We would be happy to make you something that you feel would better suit your needs.

Can you design my vision?

YES! We love new designs.
If you have an idea and want to see it come to life, our designer Jody, is more than happy to bring your vision to life. If you would like your vision to be a one-of-a-kind and not replicated for future purposes, please let us know, and we can make sure your vision piece is not replicated.
I want to get a piece of Jewelry, but I am not sure what color to get, what do you recommend?

If you want to purchase an item and are not sure of the color, I recommend you go with the “neutral” color of the ballroom. The Crystal AB. The “AB” stands for Aurora Borealis, and it refers to the finish on the outside of the crystal which starts out as a clear crystal. This adds an array of sparkle and matches any dress on the dance floor.

A second option is to submit a costume picture and we can recommend the color and design.
Do you make jewelry for everybody or just dancers?

The jewelry can be made for many different events! If you are planning a wedding, a party or just want to add some sparkle to your attire, you can opt for some of the smaller items to add some dazzle, or you can choose a larger piece and go bold. All these pieces shine under stage lights and can be worn by entertainers, singers, and the entire wedding party.
How do you attach the hair pieces?

The best way to attach the hair pieces is with bobby pins or eyelash glue.
Please note:
If you plan to change hair pieces, bobby pins are the best option. If you decide to use eyelash glue, you are committing to wearing the hairpiece until you wash your hair.
